Ordered their “limited edition custom skins” back in March, and it has been more than two months and I haven’t received the items. Countless emails sent to the support team but no response at all.
I had to go thru PayPal resolution Centre and hopefully I’ll get a refund.
Terrible customer care overall, and I have to say that I’ve been ordering from dbrand without issues at all but thought of giving Slickwraps a try but totally regretting it.
I was so excited when I purchased my custom skin for my oculus quest and couldn't wait for it to arrive. When it finally arrived I noticed that they had only shipped the skin and a microfibre cloth with no instructions on how to place it on my quest, after about and hour of trying to get it on it was wrinkle free in the middle but looked like a fancy ravioli on the edges, none of the edges stayed down and stuck. After modifying it with an exacto knife to where half the skin was gone and almost my whole custom design lost it was pretty much just a rectangle, even at this point I could not get it on without wrinkles, after looking online I found people were using hair dryers to heat it so that they could stretch it but this can’t be good for the system to be heated so much, others were making slits in it to make it go down with no wrinkles, all measures the company should have taken to make sure their product works, I think that if it needs these measures to be taken at least send a set of instructions with your product.

Do NOT buy here.
Best not to buy anything here. I have ordered a product 2.5 months ago, and it is still in "processing". I do not believe it will ever arrive. In the mean while, I ordered a similar product at Xtreme Skins in the UK, and two weeks later I received the product here in Sweden.
Ordered on January 1, It is not May 1 and my package has not been received, stick to dbrand, this service here is trash
Terrible!.....I placed an order for a skin for my Fold 2 because of a sale on the website. It's been a month and I still haven't received an email or anything. This company is very unprofessional and could care less about it's customers. Stay far away!
This company is horrible. Only reason I am leaving this review is because the company only got back to me when I opened up a PayPal claim
Just horrible... I ordered thIs wrap on FEB 7 AND NOW YOU JUST SENDING IT OUT OF FEB 25.. I ORDERED FROM SKINIT AND RECIEVED IN 3 DAYS.. SLICKWRAPS JUST HORRIBLE..
I ordered on Feb 7 and now they say they shipped it February 25... opened up a claim with PayPal then they finally say it's shipped
I placed my order on Black Friday weekend (end of November 2020) and have still not received my product yet.
Customer service with this company is almost non existent, and I am contacting my credit card company to perform a charge back.
Utterly incompetent... terrible service. Never got the product so cant comment... save your money!

I wonder why this company is still allowed making order, you can find so many poor reviews on them but unfortunately they don't show if you write slickwraps on google. They don't send items, do not replay to clients, they ignore tottaly customers. My order was made 2 moths ago, till this day I don't receive item. Shame on you ScamWraps! Do not make order becouse you loose your money!
Order 1 month ago but still waiting for it. No reply as I have sent numerous emails to them. Total fraudulent activities. Worst ever website
I’ve been waiting 2 months no update just says the skins are in blummin Chicag!
It came in a poor package, a simple plastic envelope and it was bent. The top and bottom sticker is perfect, but the interior sticker does not fit. The trackpad sticker is 2mm bigger than the trackpad itself, just like around the trackpad.
Purchased item over a month ago. Site says processing. Will not refund or return communication. Their site was hacked. Google for similar reviews and news on hack. Beware of scam.

I think they're a legit company that is either understaffed or grossly unprofessional.

Suggest using DBrand in the future, I just ordered from them since I will not be getting my $52 purchase from Slickwraps anytime soon if ever.
